Happy Birthday to Ashlee Simpson who turns 23 today!

With a new cd coming out in December (and a major tour to follow), a steady boyfriend in Pete Wentz, and a new television talk show in the works, it looks like Ashlee is going to have a GREAT year!

Congratulations Ashlee on turning 23! Happy Birthday!
